Come and hear about building a positive workforce and new opportunity through the South Central Public Health Network. We are working to build a positive workforce by creating support for young workers who struggle with substance misuse, mental health, and early adult transitions. The program offers an amazing curriculum (free to employers) where we would come in to “be available” for employees at a set time, to discuss some strategies that would assist employees in accessing support and learning some basic work skills so that in the long term we have a strong and viable workforce.
