Description

The Chamber’s Business Education Collaborative connects local businesses with area high school students to help prepare the region’s future workforce. Through partnerships with schools and employers, students gain insight into career pathways, workplace expectations, and the skills needed after graduation. Signature initiatives include the Mock Interview Program, where business professionals help students practice interview skills and provide feedback, as well as Teen Job Fairs that connect employers directly with students. Together, these efforts help strengthen the link between the classroom and workplace while building the region’s future talent pipeline.
