Rebecca helps businesses, nonprofits, and colleges/universities make their organizations more welcoming, equitable, and inclusive for the LGBTQ+ folks that they employ and serve. Prior to launching Sanborn Diversity Solutions, she practiced law for 17 years. Rebecca is proud to have been born and raised in Derry and has deep roots in the Greater Derry community, including service on the boards of several local nonprofits.
