Whitney Fenyak serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Parkland Medical Center. Whitney joined Parkland in February 2025 from HCA’s Reston Hospital Center in Reston, VA, where she had been the Chief Operating Officer. Whitney started her healthcare career with Community Health Systems, working in various roles and markets since 2014. She joined HCA in 2019 as Vice President of Operations at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She was also the Vice President of Operations at Frisbie Memorial Hospital. Whitney has been instrumental in leading several key facility and service line expansion projects while improving key quality, employee engagement and patient experience metrics. Whitney received her Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University and her B.S. in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.

This luncheon roundtable will bring together businesswomen in a welcoming forum to network, learn, and engage in meaningful dialogue about the issues affecting them every day. Each month will feature both several panelists to share about their life and business, as well as a topic for open discussion amongst the group. Participants will have the opportunity to learn, discuss, network, and share ideas in an inclusive and collaborative space. OUR FACILITATOR:
Rebecca is the founder and president of Sanborn Diversity Solutions, based in Derry, New Hampshire. Rebecca helps businesses, nonprofits, and colleges/universities make their organizations more welcoming, equitable, and inclusive for the LGBTQ+ folks that they employ and serve. Prior to launching Sanborn Diversity Solutions, she practiced law for 17 years and welcomes your best lawyer jokes! Rebecca is proud to have been born and raised in Derry and has deep roots in the Greater Derry community, including service on the boards of several local nonprofits.
