Breath, Movement, Yoga - a special blend of yoga, Feldenkrais somatic movement and meditation
Breathing, moving, finding balance, learning the basics from the ground up – a series of lessons offered as a 10-12 weeek session, where the classes are logically sequenced for optimum benefit, but can be taken individually as well. You'll learn/practice the fundamentals of yoga, meditation, somatic movement so your mind becomes clearer, your body lighter and your stress level more manageable.
