Communities and Consequences II: Rebalancing New Hampshire’s Human Ecology is a sequel project to 2008’s award-winning Communities and Consequences: The Unbalancing of New Hampshire’s Human Ecology. This timely new film, book, web, and community outreach project explores the economic and social realities of workforce shortages in our state - the nation’s second oldest state in terms of median age.
The Greater Derry-Londonderry Chamber of Commerce, Derry’s Economic Development Department, and the Regional Economic Development Center are partnering to bring a showing of this documentary to the Derry Opera House! We encourage leaders from the business community, local leaders serving on boards and committees, housing industry professionals, and anyone interested in New Hampshire’s economy and demographic trends (now and into the future) to join us on Thursday, November 4th at 6:00 PM.
