Description
Fridy Morning Simply Hatha is a no frills basic hatha yoga class. It does not adhere to any particular school of yoga, but uses best methods and practices. This class rather emphasizes functional movement, a good balance between flow and static hold, finding balance and center and an intelligent, logical sequence to each and every class. It aims you, the student to become the master of your body and mind, to live with ease, joy and harmony and allow you to get untangled from the things that are binding you through the consistent and gentle practice of yoga and meditation.
