To prepare for World Sleep Day on March 19, learn steps you can take to help you get more Zs each night. Through eating habits, food choices, sleep positions, and proper pillow use, you can start sleeping better right away.
This presentation is being hosted by Jeanette Schaible, Registered Dietitian, of Nutrition In Motion and and Roxanne Meldrum, Physical Therapist of PT Health Academy. Both will be happy to answer questions.
