Location
Nutrition appointments will be held online or in-person. Appointments can be scheduled around your work hours! Nutrition classes will be held online.
Physical activities can be done anywhere and at anytime. The personal training appointments will be scheduled with your personal trainer. Workout classes and workshops will take place in The Zoo Health Club.
Fees/Admission
$25 Registration fee provides access to: · Free online nutrition classes taught by Nutrition In Motion Registered Dietitians · Free fitness classes taught by Redwood personal trainers · Discounted rates for Redwood Personal Training · The chance to win monthly AND overall CASH prizes in various points categories
Registration fee is paid upon registration through the website.

Meet with a Registered Dietitian (RD)* to gain access to:

· A nutrition plan that meets your unique goals, lifestyle and measures of success!
*Meetings are covered by most insurance plans.
Meet with a Personal Trainer** to gain access to:
· Individual assessment
· Instruction to learn how to move safely and get the most out of your workouts
· A personal plan for exercise that will help you reach your fitness goals!
· Discounted personal training rates for challenge participants (only $40 per session!)
**FREE initial assessment. Personal training costs should be discussed with personal trainers.
Challenge Basics
Track your points each month on the scoresheet provided. The calendar is for the tracking the exercise completed. Submit to your Registered Dietitian each month to be eligible to win prizes. Record on your scoresheet:
· Workouts or classes you do at the gym
· Personal training appointments
· Workouts you do using the Fitness On Demand app
· Your completed appointments with your dietitian
· Workout and nutrition classes you attend

Chances to Win
There will be 4 opportunities to win prizes. The overall winner will be the member with the most total challenge points! Monthly prizes will be awarded based on 3 unique challenges:
· January 11th – February 10th Most fitness classes attended
· February 11th – March 10th Most workouts logged
· March 11th – April 10th Fewest days skipped exercising
Send your completed scorecard each month to your Registered Dietitian to be eligible for prizes.
