Description
Join us for a workshop that will cover the Dinacharya (the sanskrit word for daily routine) of Ayurveda, an ancient medical tradition from India. Find out what your Dosha (bioenergy center) is with our quick and easy self-test.
You will leave this workshop knowing what your Dosha is and with a daily routine to wellness.
*Preregistration is required for all of our workshops whether they are being held indoors or outdoors. Indoor workshops have a maximum of 8 participants.
