Mortgage Expert Barry Cohoon, NMLS120894, from CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC will be our speaker for this event. CrossCountry Mortgage is one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing retail mortgage lenders.
With a background in finance & accounting Barry will speak about the current interest rate environment , offer tips on getting “mortgage ready” for 2024 and outline some unique products that CrossCounty Mortgage has for business owners and self-employed buyers whose tax returns don’t reflect their real ability to make a monthly mortgage payment. Barry lives in Derry on Beaver Lake with his wife Ellen and has two adult children. He is active with the Derry Rotary Club as well as the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Derry.
