How to earn points:
Meet with your Registered Dietitian (RD)*
RD Visits = 50 points per visit
Maximum Visits = 3 total (approx. 1 per month)
Total Possible Points = 150
To meet with a participating Registered Dietitian request an appointment at your nearest location or online:

*Cost of RD sessions are typically covered in full under prevention by your insurance provider. It will be your responsibly to understand your insurance coverage.We cannot bill Medicaid, Medicare, or TriCare; reasonable self pay rates are available.
Fitness
Fitness Sessions = 1 point per session**
Log your fitness in your account online or on the app and receive 1 point for each day you exercise!
**capped at 6 days a week or 78 total points as we encourage taking 1 rest day each week
Achieve your goal
It’s that simple! Whether you have set a goal to change your weight or your body composition you will earn points for achieving the goal that you set for yourself at the start of the challenge. PLUS receive $25 back from your registration fee for setting a goal and sticking to it!
Tie Breaker
Tie-breaker will be % body weight lost over 90 days.
