Description
Would you like to identify what the strengths and weaknesses of your business are? Let SCORE give you a tool to do that in this free self-assessment workshop. Businesses must be operational for at least one year and have one or more full time employees.
The workshop will offer attendees:
Assessments in the areas of General Management, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Resource Management and Operations.
Immediate-response feedback identifying areas of strength and weakness and providing a “SCORE” based on the self-assessment.
Interaction with other business owners generating ideas for improvement in areas of your business needing improvement.
