This Wellness Retreat will be held completely online through Zoom presentations. Each presentation has its own registration link so you can pick what you would like to view. Make your self comfy at home and tune it!

YWCA NH is the oldest women's organization in New Hampshire! YWCA NH is a social justice organization that has been providing comprehensive services to meet the needs of women, children and families in New Hampshire since1920. They provide crisis services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. YWCA NH’s shelter, Emily’s Place, is for individuals and their children who are in imminent danger and fleeing from domestic or sexual violence. YWCA NH’s mission is to eliminate racism and empower women. Although there is no admission, please consider making a donation to the YWCA to help support their programs and the community they serve!
