Description
Join us at The Residence at Salem Woods offering luxury Senior living in Southern New Hampshire for our monthly Networking Luncheon. Offering Independent, Assisted Living & Memory Care options. Their chefs will offer a tasting of their gourmet daily menu for us to try.
Shrimp cocktail- pickled veg, cocktail sauce, and cilantro remoulade
Warm honey-poached pear – whipped burrata cheese, balsamic glaze
Salad options
Steak Salad- mixed greens, gorgonzola , toasted pecans, crispy red onions, caramelized onion- blue cheese dressing
Autumn Salad- Romaine with roasted butternut, shaved brussels, toasted almonds, craisins, maple bacon vinaigrette
Carving station- Beef Tenderloin and Chicken Roulade accompanied by assorted slider buns and sauces
