Description
Drive your deliverable within a 2-week "Sprint"
Meet daily on-line with the ability to meet face to face every 2 weeks (Hybrid meetings always with an on-line capability)
1st week – You determine one must have non-negotiable deliverable to work on for two weeks
Week 1 and 2 – daily stand-up meetings – 15 minutes
Week 3 – present what you finished then start again at week 1
This is a one month program designed to get your stuff done.
Bi-Weekly Meeting (3 of them. 9/2/2021, 9/16/2021, and 9/30/2021)
Thursdays every two weeks held at Londonderry CoWERK

5 minutes each update or present what you got to complete in two weeks
Discussion around roadblocks and where you can get help
What is the next non-negotiable for the next 2-week sprint
Monthly cost (two sprints) $197.00 covers CoWERK rental and resources
Daily 15-Minute Stand Up Meeting (On-Line Mon - Fri)
On-line starts on-time
