Workplace wellness has been a buzz word over the past 5 years, but what does it actually mean? Is it offering health insurance, encouraging employees to go to the gym, making sure you have an Employee Assistance Program? It is this and so much more, but workplace wellness can be overwhelming.
In this training we will discuss several aspects and focuses of workplace wellness, how you can take a holistic approach to all avenues, and how to implement a solid game plan at your company that fits your budget and your employee’s needs, as well as company goals.
