Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with preschool standards and individual student needs
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior guidance
• Support children’s social-emotional development through meaningful interactions and activities
• Incorporate curriculum development strategies that promote literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children’s overall welfare and developmental progress
• Manage classroom routines, transitions, and activities to ensure a safe and stimulating environment
• Utilize assessment tools including standardized testing to monitor progress and inform instruction

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings
• Strong knowledge of childhood development, behavior management, and classroom management techniques
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education
• Experience with special education, early intervention, or Montessori methods is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs
