Youth Program Navigator Full Time with July Start Date

The Upper Room, a Family Resource Center in Derry, NH is seeking a team member to support its work as a Program Navigator. For youth/young adult services related to homelessness, youth development and prevention.

Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with some evening work required, and will require up to 1 Saturday/month as scheduled. FT Benefits include healthcare, STD, Life Insurance, PTO, holiday pay, 403B Retirement, and possible 4-day work week. Candidate will:

• Coordinate case management, outreach, linkage, services to individuals seeking resources and referrals, support and assistance.
• Facilitate Adult Skill Building classes, Recovery Groups, Community Service, and self-sufficiency programming.
• Develop strong interagency relationships with local agencies, housing, welfare, and mental health providers.
• Must be able to access and refer to multiple agencies/resources/ solutions.
• Attend events that promote youth services and community assets.
