About Us

With a combined 20 years of experience working within Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts communities, Bill Burke and Jennifer Lord utilize their wealth of local knowledge, real estate expertise, and innovative digital marketing skills to help their clients with all of their home buying or selling needs.

Bill is a Broker/REALTOR® licensed in NH & MA. He is also the Founder of BurkeLord™ Real Estate, which is Powered By Keller Williams Metropolitan. Bill is featured as an Award Winning Top Producing Agent and has sold Hundreds of Homes in and around the Derry/Londonderry areas as well as surrounding towns.

Bill is a Native to Chester, NH where he grew up and is currently residing. He graduated Pinkerton Academy in 1994, then went on to graduate from UNH In Durham in 1999 with two degrees.

Jennifer Lord spent most of her life residing in Salem and Methuen, MA until a few years ago, when she moved to NH where she currently lives with Bill, her son Jackson & Daughter Coryn in Chester.

She is an expert in transaction management, client relation services, digital marketing, and beyond. Jen’s creativity and outgoing personality truly makes her a pleasure to work with whether you're buying or selling a home. After working along side Bill for the past 7 years as his Executive Assistant, she recently moved into a new role as partner & Director of Operations when BurkeLord™ Real Estate was formed in 2020

When they are not working, they enjoy spending family time together with the kids. They both enjoy golfing, summers on Lake Winnipesaukee and time with friends
