With his SHRM-SCP certification and over 25 years of experience, he has led enterprise hiring initiatives within both a Fortune 10 corporation and a large non-profit hospital system. His background includes high-volume recruitment (delivering 1,800 to 3,000 hires annually), as well as the implementation of advanced HR technologies, including Workday ATS, analytics dashboards, competency models, and AI-driven career development tools.
Throughout his career, Mike has held a variety of leadership roles, including serving as President of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association and Director on the HR State Council of New Hampshire. His work history includes significant experience across healthcare, human resources, and manufacturing. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and a master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago.
