Colliers in New Hampshire & Maine Recognizes Award Winners for 2025

Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce its 2025 award winners in the Colliers New Hampshire and Maine offices. 

David F. Choate, III received the 2025 Top Producer Award, recognizing his outstanding performance and long-standing contribution to the firm’s success.

Bob Rohrer, Managing Director and Principal of Colliers in New Hampshire, was honored with the Deal of the Year Award for his role in the $12.4 million sale of a 60,000± SF Class A office building in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

The Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award was presented to Abby Bachman, Managing Broker of the Portsmouth office, Vice President, and Principal, in recognition of her continued success, leadership, and commitment to both her clients and the firm.

Cassandra Farley, Senior Associate, received the Acceleration Award for her exceptional performance and unwavering dedication to her clients, reflecting strong momentum early in her career at Colliers.

Given in tribute to two of Colliers’ late colleagues, this award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated integrity, dedication, and a positive influence on both the organization and the broader community. Scanlon’s commitment to his team and community exemplifies the spirit of this recognition.
