DONNA INDELICATO BIO

Donna Indelicato is a deeply committed community leader whose service spans Londonderry, Derry, and Windham. She lends her time and expertise to multiple boards and civic groups, but her heart beats strongest for the YMCA. As Advisory Board Chair for the YMCA of Greater Londonderry and a member of the Granite YMCA Board of Directors, Donna is a constant, energizing presence—volunteering at every event, championing new initiatives, and even stepping into the Early Learning Center as a beloved guest reader. Her involvement is broad, but her impact is personal, meaningful, and felt by every corner of the Y community.

One of Donna’s most transformative contributions is the YMCA of Greater Londonderry’s Community Garden. She was the driving force behind its creation, partnering with Green City Growers and numerous local organizations to secure funding, coordinate resources, and bring the project from vision to reality. The garden now stands as a living symbol of nourishment, collaboration, and community pride—values Donna embodies every day.

Donna’s influence extends far beyond titles or tasks. She is defined by her generosity, her collaborative spirit, and her unwavering belief in the power of connection. Her leadership style is rooted in kindness and integrity; she lifts others up, builds bridges between organizations, and inspires people to get involved. Whether she’s mentoring volunteers, advocating for community needs, or rolling up her sleeves to help wherever she’s needed, Donna leads with heart, humility, and an infectious passion for service.
