BurkeLord Real Estate is a locally rooted residential real estate team helping home sellers and buyers throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.

Bill Burke and Jennifer Lord founded BurkeLord Real Estate after years of working together in real estate and share a strong connection to the communities they serve. Together, they bring 30 years of combined real estate experience and a hands-on, full-service approach to helping clients buy and sell their homes.

Bill is a Southern New Hampshire native and Chester resident who graduated from Pinkerton Academy and earned two degrees from the University of New Hampshire. A full-time real estate professional since 2008, Bill has closed more than $150 million in residential real estate sales throughout his career. He is licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, is a REALTOR®, and holds the SRS, ABR, CREN, and CBDA designations. He has received multiple sales awards throughout his career and has been featured by Top Agent Magazine.

Jennifer has worked in real estate since 2014 and is an integral part of BurkeLord Real Estate and its involvement in the local community. Bill and Jennifer are active supporters of the communities where they live and work, and BurkeLord regularly sponsors and participates in local events and organizations. Bill also serves on the Board of Directors for Community Caregivers.

BurkeLord works with sellers and buyers across all price points, including first-time buyers, homeowners upsizing or downsizing, relocation clients, luxury properties, new construction, and land. The team primarily serves Chester, Derry, Londonderry, Windham, Salem, Epping, Hampstead, Manchester, Raymond, Auburn, and surrounding Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts communities.
