About
As the Center for Life Management, our mission is to promote and advance the mental health and emotional well-being of individuals, families, and organizations within eleven communities in Southern New Hampshire. CLM is one of the ten community mental health centers committed to providing a comprehensive, integrated, strengths-based, client-centered, self-directed, community-based treatment model. Our approach to delivering care is designed to empower, teach, and support all individuals in achieving optimum health, well-being, and self-sufficiency. Since 1967, the Mental Health Center of Southern New Hampshire, doing business as the Center for Life Management (CLM), has provided community behavioral and mental health services, psychiatric treatment, acute care, emergency intervention 24/7/365, integrated care and family support services to close to 6,000 children, adults, and seniors annually. CLM is a not-for-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Mental illnesses are common and very treatable. If you or a loved one is experiencing a mental health concern, the most important thing you can do is seek help. CLM provides comprehensive mental health services, therapy and evidence-based treatment, medication services, acute care and crisis support, community-based and family support, and specialized services for adults, children, adolescents and families.

Child, Adolescent and Family and Young Adult Services
Healthy emotional well-being is essential to children and families. Our specialists are skilled at working with children as early as pre-school age through adolescence and young adulthood.
Child Impact Program
Child Impact Program provides information to help parents better understand the impact of divorce or custody changes on their children.
Collaborative Care Services
A specialized approach that addresses the unique needs of individuals with co-existing Mental Health and Intellectual and Development Disabilities, Brain Trauma and/or Autism.
Acute Care & Crisis Center Services
Emotional crisis can happen unexpectedly in our lives. 24/7 Acute Care & Crisis Center Services provide “urgent care” for mental health with walk-in assessments, in-office, telehealth and in-person Mobile Crisis assessment as needed.
Integrated Care/Healthy Together
Brings a whole-health approach and one-stop convenience to your mental and primary health care.
Depression Center
Specialized treatments for depression NeuroStar TMS Therapy® and Spravato®
Pharmacy Services
Genoa Healthcare offers convenient on-site pharmacy services at CLM’s Derry office.
