EASTERSEALS NH NAMES SENIOR DIRECTOR AND ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR NEW TECHNOLOGY HILL EARLY LEARNING CENTER

LONDONDERRY, NH, Nov. 3, 2026 — Easterseals NH has announced the appointments of Dr. Lisa Ranfos, Ed.D., as senior director and Erica Allen, MS, as associate director of its new Technology Hill Early Learning Center, scheduled to open at The Village on Technology Hill in Londonderry in January 2027.

The purpose-built center will provide early childhood education and childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old, offering a play-based learning environment designed to support children's development and foster strong partnerships with families.

Ranfos and Allen will help establish the center's programs and day-to-day operations, laying the groundwork for high-quality early learning and family engagement.

Ranfos has dedicated the past 25 years of her career to early childhood education and teacher development. Most recently, she served as executive director of the Child Study and Development Center at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. Her work has focused on creating high-quality learning environments where children thrive, families feel connected, and educators grow. She holds a Doctorate of Education from Plymouth State University.

With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Allen’s approach to early learning emphasizes play, exploration, and real-life experiences that allow children to learn and develop at their own pace. She holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Plymouth State University and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Bay Path University.

“As we prepare to open Technology Hill Early Learning Center, bringing together experienced professionals who share our commitment to helping children learn and thrive is essential,” said Maureen Beauregard, President & CEO of Easterseals NH & VT. “Lisa and Erica bring valuable experience and a shared understanding of how a nurturing, play-based learning environment can support children's development and build strong relationships with families. We're excited to have them guiding this important new program.”

Families who sign up for the center by Friday, November 13, 2026, will be eligible for free extended care for one year, providing greater flexibility for early drop-off and late pick-up. The offer extends the care day by up to two hours, from the standard schedule of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
